Welcome to Marina City: The City Within a City
 Marina City is a 61 story, mixed-use residential/commercial building complex occupying an entire city block on State Street
in Chicago. It sits on the north bank of the Chicago River, directly across from Chicago's Loop district.
Designed by renowned architect Bertrand Goldberg and envisioned as a “city within a city”, the Marina City complex consists of two corncob-shaped 61-story residential towers, a saddle-shaped auditorium building, and a mid-rise hotel building all contained on a raised platform cantilevered over defunct railroad tracks adjacent to the river. Beneath the raised platform at river level is a small marina for pleasure craft.
All the units in Marina City are condominiums: some are available for rental. Marina Management is on premises for rentals, sales and management.
Marina Management offers owners the option to manage or rent their units. We will collect rents, pay assessments and mortgages out of the collected funds, send monthly statements, and be the direct contact for tenants needs.
For vacant units we will advertise, show the unit, run credit checks and verifications of rental history and employment, and upon approval submit applications to the Condo Association.
